Track Records - Pace and Cap

I don't see track records in the Racing Form anymore. Can't find them anyplace. Am I just looking in wrong place? Same goes for 3yr best times.

I really could use a PDF download for uptodate track records and/or 3yr best times.
Best I can find in 3yr best times that are downloadable are 2013-through 2015.
Your help appreciated.

I just went to the DRF site and also couldn't find them. I imagine they have done away with the 3 yr. best times.

RDSS has an unadjusted Speed Rating and a track record can be obtained from that. I.e. if its an 80 that means its 20 1/5's slow or a full 4 seconds slow, so if the race time is 112 that means the track record is 1:08. Hey why brother as RDSS does this all automatically, programed and without human error. Get on the RDSS train and forget older programs.
