I'm in Hot Springs, Arkansas for a few days, playing the races at beautiful, old historic Oaklawn. I like this place a lot but it's tough for me to handicap. To quote Winston Churchill, "It is
a riddle, wrapped
in a
mystery,
inside an enigma."
Today, it was beating me up, as usual, until the last race when I hit the exacta. I was on the phone with Mitch, jumping up and down, as I looked at the big tote board in the infield. What a sight! For the week, I am now up $3.50. And I'm very happy.
