In the short time I've known you, you've come a long way. You are a credit to Doc and all his teachings.
When you wake in the morning say to yourself that it's going to be a beautiful day , focus on that and say I am me and I am strong and I have all the tools I need to be happy and do the things I need and want to do today and the people around me will enjoy me too. Find something good about each day, no matter how small it is. Soon you will find more and more things good. It grows.
