No. Any changes to RDSS2 usage fees that may ever occur in future will be independent of whether someone does or does not use EL 2.0. I won't be charging more just because someone is using this NewPace module.
I'm always looking for ways to add value to RDSS and to extend the scope of the Sartin Methodology in ways consistent with its philosophy.
