You can get them from TrackMaster. Not sure about the price but it might be $1.50/card, same as if you had bought them live, not sure. But they can confirm. 40 cards for 2013 through tomorrow.

info@trackmaster.com, specify RDSS files (PP Only Plan or the Bundle Plan). You'll have to import them to a database using the 'imort old cards routine' (Google it at PaceandCap.)
