Tomorrow is closing day at TuP. Good thing. It hit 100 degrees twice this week.
Shortening a speed horse up works sometimes and other times it doesn't because there is frequently more early speed.
The 6 needs a 3L lead to win. With the 7, I don't think she'll get it. The 6 is so fast early, they can't even work the horse slowly!
There are pressers in the race that I think will have a tough time. These are the 1,2,4, and 8.
This leave me with the 3 and 5. The 5 is moving better between the 2nd and 3rd call. I hate betting horses that get this far behind.
The 5 is my choice to win the race.
