I am having a tough time, but I am happy.

Mondays are tough. My desire is there but it is just physically

I have been re reading all the follow ups, All Doc's
Psychology of Winning articles. I am doing much better. taking much longer to do a race - maybe 1 or 2 a day, but the results are going good
