I agree with Jeebs that it is a mix.

Already this year a last year BC winner has run there on the turf. I'm bad with names.(Approval something.) Plus XYZ has run there who is running in Dubai for their big sprint. Also a Ky. Derby winner ran & won there 2 or 3 years ago. Some good horses and trainers ship in there from GP etc.

There will be some good 3 yr.'s running there in prep for the Ky Derby in their big race.
