However outside of Hambletonian day Only two days each year the Meadowlands needs to open two gates
The usual west end gate and on Breeders cup day and Kentucky derby day
They also open front main entrance gate
Its still a mad dash to find seats
and the pay to sit rooms are long sold out
They have to like that at the Meadowlands
hots dogs soda coffee and popcorn and oh yes parking
rip offs if there is something going on at the stadium
