I will give it a try....
With several speed horses in this race I see it running OTE with a pace of 22/45.4/57 with a final of 104. I see the 4 as the best E, but will be pushed. The 3 will press and should overcome the pace to win. The 7 should run late and be in the money along with the 4. All the other horses are too slow.
