method of betting and that you bet in bunches

Your question was about Discipline
my suggestion was to G. O. A. L.

may I ask you?

After each race that you lose do you think any of the folowing thoughts

1. The favorite won yet it was rated worse than my horses ?
2. The favorite won yet it was rated better than my horses ?
3. Should I have passed the race? and why?
4. I had three win condenders I bet two of them the 3rd contender won
should I rethink my decision?
5. Have I made a paceline error ?
6. Should I post the race and P-C and ask advice ?

This is what I meant by Getting Out And Looking or G.O.A.L
