WAGERING has little to do with handicapping. Whether wager creation is based upon dogs, stocks, weather, football, baseball or what have you, it is a distinct discipline from the handicapping.
One must understand how to relate offered probabilities to the actual probabilities and situate the dollars to that end.
A discipline NOT covered by any handicapping program, here, or elsewhere.
