I was a vegetarian for so long (no longer though) that I kind of lost my enthusiasm for beef, but will try that recipe this week. However, I just can't bring myself to do the veal part - I'll think of something. On Saturday I did make a hearty bolognese over orecchiette with only an insalata of baby spinach, pine nuts, dried cranberries and goat cheese and a splash of truffle oil and 10 year balsamico. Too sick for
dessert
, but much better than nothing...
