Congratulations! Salute! It's never too late (unless it's TOO late) to improve your physical condition.

Personally, I've been taking regular 5-mile walks two to four times per week (weather permitting) for the past 3.5 years. Partly because of diet and mainly because of walking, I was able to slim down from an overweight 230-235 pounder (read: slob) to a svelte 190-195 pounder. Looks and feels a lot better on my 6' 2" frame.

Doing all that cardio I lost some muscle and accompanying strength. I've been working with weights to regain what I lost strength-wise, as well as my personal quest to get that "cut," nicely muscular, male model physique I've always desired...or as close as possible! One has always got to look best for the fillies (especially if you're in the hunt for one).

"Something I have wanted to do for 30 years and could never accomplish. It got ugly and wasn't pretty but I did it. I can't believe it."

And now you did! And your self-esteem and self-confidence went through the roof, didn't it? Keep at it my friend and sooner than you think, it'll look very pretty.

All the best,

Jon
