AT The OUTSET, underlined was the fact that the statement was from SOMEONE else. As an observation, I posted it here.

LAST time I looked, the training of phsyicians has VERY LITTLE to do with understanding or learning something as simple as a computer program...How bout NOTHING to do with it.
