i am using syn4 with the projected variant option.the computer does it's own thing with this.

i posted the pp's so if someone wants to compare reads using the drf+v it is here too. also anyone else wanting to jump in with any program is more than welcome.

here are the lines i entered into syn4 for consideration and then the line used. highest tpr was my criteria for line choice.

horse1- 1-2-3 with line 3 selected
horse1a- 2 and 3 with line 3 selected
horse2- 3-8 with line 8 selected
horse3- last line
horse4- line 2
horse5- last line
horse7- 1-2 with last line selected
horse8- line 4
horse9- last line
horse10- last line
horse11- 2-4 with line 2 selected
