What?? No wagering, i.e. 'gambling,' on horse races if you live/are vacationing in Hawaii?? What possible reason(s) could there be for this? It sure can't be from a morality standpoint, for if
anything is 'immoral,' it's pornography!! And you can bet your ass that pornography is legal in our 50th state!!!
