From your description, I'm having trouble completely understanding your problem.
I suggest you click the
Clear Cache button on the Card Summary screen and start again. Pick one race where you had problems before (e.g. CR and CR+ did not compute?). Does this solve the problem?
It sounds like some of your races were not completely assembled.
I checked every race at CD today (using the current version of RDSS) with no problems in displaying any readouts or selecting pacelines.
