Btas, you can learn how to post screen shots by using the Google Site Search tool for P&C (left-most link on the site menu-bar) and enter a search link 'how to post screenshots'.

You'll find an older tutorial using Snagit screen capture tool, but you can also use Windows built-in SnippingTool or many other screen capture tools to create small images which then you can attach to your messages, per the tutorial.

(Hint: after you have a screenshot - maximum 1000 pixels wide, please - in the message editor, click the 'paper clip' icon to get the Attachments Dialog, then follow instructions).
