Fairchild, as I'm a lousy Place and Show bettor, I use them underneath in Exactas. Chalk over Odds usually pays nicely. For example, Parx 8th race on Tuesday, 2-1 WT 28-1 paid $124 and the 28-1 horse was very "findable" with a recent second and third, if I recall correctly.
