The 9th @ Finger is a situation that come's up a lot. And I don't know how to handle it. Speed Speed Speed. I will post the PP's in a few.

So for me all to often I come to a race that has a lot of the same type of running style. Nothing stand out or my other problem you have 2,3, or 4 early horse's and a few closers. How do you go about pick the horse's to bet on in such races where nothing stands out to you? Is these the sort of races I should be passing because I'm unsure?

Matt when in doubt pass. No sense forcing a bet when you are confused.

I finally get one right from the screenshots and you say pass? :)
8 was my pick (actually pegged it 8-6-4) to win, but at those closing odds would have looked to the ex/tri exotics to throw money at. In this case I would have scored on the tri.

For what it's worth I picked the 8 as well. That's besides the point. But I think you know that. =)

I just picked up Brohamer's book and this situation is the first thing that is talked about in the book. Strange. Coincidence.
