Trackmaster Question

What's the difference in the fractional times between trackmaster's orig lines and the DRF fractions.Jeff

There should be no difference. Both DRF and TM source their raw data from Equibase. You could do a test. Find a recent wire-to-wire winner in a past performance. Then look up that Result Charts (if still available) on Equibase or BRIS/TSN and compare the winner's fractional times on the Result Chart with those shown on the DRF or TM Past Performance.

Should be the same (after converting to 5ths or tenths seconds).

DRF vs. TM

Jeff,

They should be prety close, but Trackmaster uses tenths of a second and DRF uses fifths. I also believe that DRF still truncates to fifths rather than rounding, so 22.9 would become 22 and 4 rather that 23.
