Suggestions Polytrack
In using a manual entry program should you make adjustments when using a polytrack paceline?Jeff
|
Jeff, the only one that is apparent to me and that I've seen is when an strong early speed horse (need to lead horse) goes from Turf to Dirt.
Give this type of horse some additional credit. Plus 3 "Oats" :D:D:D. Looks like you went back to Synergism??? |
Parts,I started to do some races with it again and was wondering how people were handling it if doing anything at all.I know there are some VALM users as well.Jeff

Hi Jeff
I'm sorry, I guess I confused you with my answer I have no idea , what I ment was the few times I ran into a problem I happen to be talking to Richie and he said oh just change it to Blah Blah ! I never asked why and it was only a few times sorry for the confusion. so basically I don't know :) |
Hello Jeff.
It has been said that the "polytrack" surface is basically non-biased. This is how i handle them: Look for horses who are top 5 total energy and are balanced E/L. ie, 1 of the top 3 early and top 3 late. This type of horse will be in the money a large percentage of the time. hope this is useful. BobC:) |
Bob,Thanks for the help and MERRY XMAS.Jeff

Happy Holidays to you, and your family Jeff.
Enclosed find 2 races for tomorrow's Turfway. check the results to see if my theory of balance holds up. |
