Hi I just saw that there is a problem with the
chat room Some people are just getting blank screens

You need to use java to see the chat room

I'm wondering if using Firefox browser is causing the problem.
I was unable to get on with firefox, but when I switched to IE7 I had no trouble getting in the chat room.

hey Chazz, well firefox has never been good with java, i can run it here fine with xp pro plus i have a gig of ram on both my desktop and laptop. With firefox make sure you have the latest version, (they just did a new build about a month ago) also you have to install java from the firefox browser, just look for plug ins on the browser and after you install the java to be on the safe side reboot and try the chat room hope this helps, if In doubt esp if you have an other machine us explor and shut down any other apps, ( java is a memory hog oink!
