regardless of handicapping method or software used.

A $50 entry fee is payable by PayPal to the Contest winners at the end.
Each day, you get a $100 mythical bankroll to wager for that day. One card of races will be announced the day before each race day. Players must be involved in a minimum of 30% of all Contest races over the 4 days. Horizontal bets count as 1 'race'. No more than $100 bet per day but a minimum of $200 over the 4 days. Top 4 day ROI% wins. Betting pools permitted: Win, Place, Exacta, and Doubles.
In the spirit of Bill Varone's love of teaching, players are encouraged to provide some explanations for their selections from time to time, though this is not required.

The Prize Fund will be determined by the total entry fees.
(plus some other prizes) with 70% of entry fees going to the Winner and 30% to the 2nd place finisher. Non winning contestants will be advised of amounts to send by PayPal to the winners. Players are on their honour to pay their entry fees at the end.

The Contest closes for entries at 9pm Eastern Friday May 5.
The Contest will be held only if there are a minimum of 5 signed-up Contestants.
