Big thank you.

First time poster here. I have learned more in the last three days here than in five years at PA's board. Plus the friendliness and lack of rancor is refreshing. Both Richie and Guy were kind enough to response to emails from me in the past few months, and after reading some of their posts here, I realize I have a large learning curve ahead of me. Wonderful site.

Sorry, I meant Ted Craven, not Guy. Ted's Memorial thread was listed at the top of this forum, and I must have mentally transposed the names. My apologies....

Greetings Jake

Jake welcome to this board. If you are interested in the Sartin Methodology this is the place to be. Regardless of which program you use you will find someone that is knowledgeable and willing to help.

Thanks for the hearty welcome. Richie, you have a great gift for making everyone feel comfortable and worthwhile at the same time. I really appreciate it. Gary and Houndog, I look forward to learning from your expertise. I have been following past threads, and I feel in a strange way like I know everyone here.

I love the race handicapping posted here, tearing a race apart from various programs and screens, then letting the pieces fall where they may. It's real handicapping for a change, and everyone sees what works and what doesn't work. Since I don't use Trackmaster files, I'm going to have to work to figure out how to contribute here, but I'll find something. Thanks, guys.

You will like it here. There is a good bunch with tons of experience and a world of knowledge posted up regularly. We may not have the quantity of PA but if quality is what you are looking for this is the place for you.

Charlie
