Is the plan to reserve tables at The Fourstardave sports bar again?

I recently got an email from Saratoga (NYRA) advertising their 1863 Club. The ground floor is known as...

-------------------------------------------------------------------
The Rail - First Floor Restaurant

Weekly Plans Available Now
Full Space Group Reservations Available Tuesday, March 3
Reservations by Table Available Tuesday, March 17

The first floor features The Rail at the 1863 Club, a spacious buffet restaurant seating up to 500 guests. Enjoy the afternoon in style from the climate-controlled room or get a front row view of the action from the apron. The space also features close proximity to the horse path, an elevated interior providing fabulous sight lines and private betting terminals.

Price includes buffet, admission, program, tax and gratuity. Call 844-NYRA-TIX for more information.
-------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know what the tables cost. No doubt they'll be more expensive, but you get the buffet and climate control, etc. Some tables look large enough to seat 10 people. Also, not sure if they have a strict dress code.
