I feel that with the presence of #4, there will be an honest enough pace, and #7 is a balanced enough runner IMO that she can be close enough to the lead to take this finale down, hopefully at a number.

Placing a Win bet on #7, and leveraging this one in exactas of varying strength with 2-3-5 under. This race looks ripe for the picking. Good luck if you are in.
