Santa Anita stakes races

Limited sample, but stakes horses that have done well while racing without Lasix are doing well. Opening day 8th, Fair Maiden pd $43, 12/27-9th Never Be Enough pd $18.20 to place and yesterday Sanenus and Miss Stormy for a nice $94 exacta, the other lasix free in the pps was 4th.

Probably need to give some credit whenever one who has raced well without lasix is entered. It might make your day.

The reason for this is, that as of January 1st, all stakes races must be run without Lasix, so past performance without lasix could be important.

Just remember that all two year olds, at least in California ran without lasix, so the newly turned 3 YO may step up with the drug this year.
