Hard to imagine that horse race betting online, as long established and part of the game as it has become, would not soon get an exemption clarification.

According to the link below there should be no effect on horse racing as it was addressed previously

So let me get this straight. It would be fine to go out and buy a gun, come home, smoke a joint and film a porn movie and yet it's going to be illegal to get an online sports bet on?

An interesting dichotomy.

I feel bad for you guys. It feels wrong to take everyone’s love and passion away betting online betting horses or sports. This is not right. Not for the people I care for.

Thanks Ted,

I was just making an observation on what would appear to be moral judgements on what should be legal and illegal being backed up as usual by vested interests.

Dave - I hear you, re the mixed messages!
