RDSS to Energy WIN 10

Just got RDSS in my NEXTBOOK. Now I want to ship to energy.
I tried all the ways it used to be done before Win 10.
Not working.
Any ideas.

Are you saying ,You have RDSS and you have selected your lines, Now you want to create a RAC file and export the file into Energy?
