Corrections to Euro Horses' Past Performances
As with previous years, RDSS sometimes presents race classification and distances incorrectly for some Euro horses. This is a bug in RDSS and not incorrect info from TrackMaster. I promise it will be fixed finally - but for next year. The problem arises for RDSS because usually PPs from Europe do NOT include the race number, and RDSS needs that to look up a given race to show the distance, surface and race classification (i.e. all races for a given track and date are identified as Race 0). Thus RDSS sometimes looks up the WRONG race on a given day.
In this thread will follow a list of Euro horses in the various BC races on both days who have some incorrect or missing race info. First, the RDSS Original screen showing the race and the horse, then the correct PPs from TrackMaster. The TrackMaster Speed Ratings will be correct, and you will notice that they are the same SR as shown on the TrackMaster PPs in BOLD in the left-centre of their PPs. If anyone notices any other horses whose PPs should be corrected like this, please identify them and I will post them. Ted |

The nice thing, with one very small exception is that the speed ratings did not change, so evaluation using Trackmaster New Pace info is not changed.
BTW, is there any place to get timeform ratings for each horse other than what you have reproduced in this thread? |
