Bob,
Very nicely done! A couple of pick 3's and a pick 4 hit and an exacta as well. A very nice return for your investment. That should help ease any pains you may be feeling. :) Why am I not surprised. Your not a charter Pirco member for nothing. Jim PS Bob, I went over your plays using WH and think I saw how you came up with everyone but the 12 horse, who won the 7th race. If you get the time, and feel up to it, I would love to be schooled on how you came up with him. Thanks. Jim |
Great job
very nice work Bob
I hope your feeling better GS Bill |
GPX 7th race
JIM G.
several things attracted me to the 12 horse in no particular order. 1. nice workout pattern at a slow Florida Training Track. 2. 2nd time lasix 3. Todd Pletcher 4.Morning line odds I had to include the 12 in my wagers. BobC:) |
Bob,
Too bad you couldn't have gotten all of your exactas. When the #4 got scratched does that mean that you got a double pick 4, or does that mean they just give you your money back. I have never bet any type of pick so I have no experience in that area. I think you did very well. You deserve it. Froggy |

Well Froggy, i hit both p3's a nice exacta and the p4. I am thankful.
When the 4 horse scratched, i left it off the ticket. I am sure if it scratched after the bet was in there would be some bucks rebated. I don't know. can't win 'em all BobC:) |

Thanks for taking the time. I appreciate it and agree those are very sound reasons to include. I guess sometimes it does not hurt to handicap in a conventional manner. I agree that workout patterns can be very important, much more so than how fast a horse may work. Jim |
P3 and P4
Bob,
I also use Workhorse. However, due to being at work I didn't download it today. I mostly play Pick 3's. What do you use on the workhorse handicapping sheet to make your plays. Once again thanks for all of your great help in the past. Shrink1 |
p3&p4
Most of the time i depend on the fair odds horses and running styles
