The Screen Capture button on the RDSS2 Desktop simply invokes that Windows SnippingTool app. Try that first.

When you are in traditional reply mode, near the bottom under the "Additional Options" frame just below the submit reply button - you see "Attach Files" and a big button that says "Manage Attachments". Click it and a pop-up explodes into sight with options to upload a file and attach it to your reply.
On our version of the vBulletin website software, we have an Icon (looks like a paper-clip) to deal with Attachments, just above the message edit window. Does the same thing.

Not putting it together.The result charts from RDSS don't upload and I can only save one thing at a time when doing the attachements.
